Cake Order Form
Here’s how it works:
Before filling out the form, make sure to check out the MENU for cake flavors/options & sizes. And peruse the GALLERY if you want some decorating inspo.
Pre-order dates are posted about 2-4 weeks out (pro tip: NEWSLETTER subscribers get notified before the rest of the internet). Once a date is sold out, it will be noted in the drop down menu.
Orders are taken first-come first-served. If you request a date that is sold out, you will be put on the waitlist and emailed if that date becomes available.
Pick up is in Cumberland between 11am-1pm. Delivery is available between 1-3pm to the following cities: Cumberland, Falmouth, Portland, North/Yarmouth, and Westbrook.
After submitting your order, I will email you within a few days to finalize pick up/delivery details and send payment instructions. If you do not hear from me within 48 hours, check your spam folder. Please also double check the email you enter for spelling errors. If the email isn’t valid, I won’t be able to get in touch and your order will be cancelled.
