Cake Order Form
How it works:
Before filling out the form, make sure to check out the MENU for cake flavors/options & sizes. And peruse the GALLERY if you want some decorating inspo.
I’m currently taking orders for Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays. Once a date is sold out, it will be noted below. If you request a date that is sold out, you will be put on the waitlist and emailed if that date becomes available.
For sheet cakes or orders $300+, you can submit an order form up to 3 months in advance. Select “future date” in the drop-down menu and note the date in the “additional details” field.
Pick up is in Cumberland between 4-5pm. Delivery is currently not available.
After submitting your order, I will email you within a few days to finalize details and send payment instructions. Please check your spam folder. Lots of emails get lost in there. Please also double check the email you enter for spelling errors. If the email isn’t valid, I won’t be able to get in touch and your order will be cancelled.
