Welcome to the cake menu! Below you’ll find a rotation of flavors that changes with the seasons and a selection of classics - simple elegant staples to please a crowd.

Each cake consists of layers of moist cake, creamy filling, sauce (i.e. jam, preserve, caramel), and a crunchy component, and is frosted with buttercream.

Cakes are decorated with seasonal flowers and the design will vary depending on availability. Every cake is made specially for you - which means no two cakes are identical and each one has a unique look and feel.

Gluten-free (*GF) versions are available for some cakes and will be substituted with almond-based alternatives. Please make a note in the allergy section of the order form.

Serving portions are highly subjective but below is what I’d consider a standard restaurant-size slice (as in, for a plated dessert). If you’re serving your cake after a meal, I typically recommend erring on the smaller size as you can stretch your servings up to 2-4 more. But if you’re enjoying your cake solo or want plenty of leftovers/seconds, err on the bigger size.

  • Princess Cake

    Inspired by the classic Swedish Prinsesstårta, this cake combines layers of almond scented chiffon cake, raspberry jam, and vanilla bean mousseline. Frosted with light green almond buttercream.

  • Chocolate Tahini

    Layers of moist dark chocolate cake, tahini vanilla bean mousseline, tahini caramel, and malted cocoa crumble. Frosted with a salty olive oil buttercream.

  • Dealer’s Choice

    Take a chance with an ephemeral cake capturing the flavors of the season. Beginning in the new year, I’ll focus on warm cozy flavors - think chocolate, caramelized nuts and seeds, rich custards, and heady spices.

  • Rainbow Sprinkles

    Moist buttermilk sprinkles cake layered with fruit preserves and sprinkles streusel. Filled and frosted with a lemony buttercream. Zesty, fruity, and fun.

  • Simple Vanilla

    A soft and fluffy vanilla cake layered with fruit preserves and shortbread crumble. Filled and frosted with vanilla olive oil buttercream.

  • Simple Chocolate

    Layers of dark chocolate devil’s food cake, salted caramel, and cocoa streusel, frosted with a rich cocoa buttercream.
